Automatic Guidance + Farm Management System

If you're looking for auto-steering that doesn't stop at an "AB line", but truly connects field work with planning, treatment logs, satellite maps, variable-rate fertilization, and reporting — the integration of AgroOSA guidance with FarmPortal is built exactly for that. It's one coherent, end-to-end solution (and the only fully Polish one of its kind): advanced guidance with automatic steering + complete farm management in FarmPortal, with no manual retyping and no splitting your workflow across multiple apps.

What you gain immediately:

  • GPS accuracy approx. ±2.5 cm with an RTK base and high repeatability of passes "day to day / year to year".
  • Pass tracks and reports in FarmPortal — auto-steering isn't "separate"; it records the route history directly in FarmPortal.
  • Fewer overlaps and misses = lower fuel and input use, higher efficiency, and less operator fatigue.
  • Precision fertilization in FarmPortal (VRA): generate variable-rate fertilization maps based on zones (e.g., from satellite data), convert rates by zone, and prepare files for field execution.
  • Machine-ready exports: remote export of VRA maps straight from the app to the guidance system, including ISO-XML, so an "office plan" is ready to execute in the field without manual uploading.
  • Field & crop management: a clear farm structure (plots/fields, crops, seasons), treatment history, and easy comparisons across fields and years.
  • Fleet & machinery management: machinery inventory, assigning machines to jobs/operations, utilization reports, service and repair records with costs, fueling history, and photo notes.
  • Work planning and operation logging: tasks, execution records, notes, costs, and a complete work history — critical when you want auto-steering tied to documentation and analysis.
  • A single source of truth for the farm: AgroOSA executes passes and automation, while FarmPortal captures the data and closes the loop on reporting, planning, and preparing maps/exports for the next operations.
  • Installation and training across Poland, easy transfer between vehicles, Polish software.
  • GPS machine tracking: historical routes and live position available in both the web app and the iOS/Android mobile app.

Key AgroOSA Features

  • Automatic vehicle steering (hydraulics): Steering is delivered via a hydraulic valve installed on the tractor; the system also works at very low speeds (from approx. 0.05 km/h).

  • Automatic headland turns and tramlines: The operator sets the direction and chooses the turning path; the system generates tramlines while taking implement width into account.

Implement control and precision application: - Section control: up to 16 sections (analog) and up to 128 sections (digital). Variable-rate application (VRA from FarmPortal), also using ISOBUS (depending on configuration).

  • Add fields and machines, restore working parameters, continue interrupted jobs, and monitor operation progress and performance.

  • 24/7 system monitoring (fast service response / hardware replacement in case of failure).

  • 10" and 12" ISOBUS terminal
A large, readable display for comfortable in-cab operation of guidance and tasks. Depending on configuration, it can serve as the work control center: guidance, parameter overview, working with application maps, and operating compatible ISOBUS implements (e.g., rate/section control).

  • Dual GPS receiver
Improves steering stability and vehicle orientation (better "line holding", less sensitivity to interference/terrain conditions). Especially valuable in row crops, on headlands, in orchards, and wherever precise vehicle positioning and repeatability matter.

  • Hydraulic steering block
The component responsible for automatic steering (autopilot). Ensures smooth, accurate guidance, also at very low working speeds. It's essential when you need maximum precision, operator comfort, and repeatability in centimeter-level operations.

  • Unique features for vegetables and orchards
Functions tailored to specialized crops: guidance in narrow inter-rows, high path repeatability, precise turning, and stable line holding in more demanding conditions (e.g., limited visibility/variable terrain). These configurations shorten operation time and reduce the risk of crop damage.

  • Independent RTK correction network
Access to RTK corrections from independent infrastructure, improving reliability and accuracy predictability (fewer interruptions, more stable parameters). Practical when you want consistent signal quality during peak season and reduced dependence on a single correction source.

What FarmPortal Adds

Pass and operation data don't stay "locked" inside the terminal — they flow automatically into the Farm Management System (FMS), where you can use them for planning next jobs, cost control, settlements, and comparing performance across fields and seasons.

  • VRA maps + precision fertilization
Field zoning (including satellite-based), rate calculation per zone, and preparing application maps for field execution.
  • Machine task export (including ISO-XML when supported by the terminal/configuration)
Move the plan from FarmPortal into the cab without manually retyping rates/parameters.
  • Field & crop management + complete treatment history
Structured plots/fields, seasonality, work history, and easy year-over-year comparisons.
  • Fleet & machinery management
Equipment records, service/repairs, service cards, and operational clarity in machine utilization.
  • Disease models, risk alerts, and protection recommendations
Monitoring of disease/pest risk, alerts, and risk history (requires a properly configured weather station).
  • Crop condition monitoring (satellite/drone/sensors) + weather data + alerts + scouting notes
Ongoing insight into crop status, moisture, and other parameters, plus early issue detection and notifications.
  • Crop Digital Twin
A dynamic crop profile combining spatial data, weather, soil, and operation history — for analysis and decisions without being in the field all the time.
  • Labor and harvest settlements (mobile + IDs)
Work and harvest logging, quality parameters, crate scanning, and employee identifiers for fast identification and settlements.
  • Warehouses, packing, and distribution + lot traceability
Goods in/out with lot numbers, packing linked to product passport, warehouse fill reports, and linking batches to harvest operations.
  • AI decision support in practice
Decision support for fertilization, plant protection, and irrigation, using IoT sensor data and external services.

Farm Use Cases: Where AgroOSA + FarmPortal Delivers the Biggest ROI

  • Sowing, fertilization, spraying, tillage — straighter passes, fewer overlaps, faster work, and calmer operator workload.
  • VRA (variable-rate fertilization) — FarmPortal prepares zones and prescription maps, and AgroOSA helps execute them precisely in the field.
  • Vegetables and orchards — row work, repeatability, and precise turns where every centimeter matters (feature set depends on configuration).
  • Multi-machine farms / contracting — easier transfer between vehicles and consistent reporting in one system.
